With the movie releasing tomorrow, it’s officially Barbie’s world. Even if the movie isn’t your sort of thing, it’s hard to deny the effect she’s has had over the past 60+ years. A dream house, a flashy car, boy toy, and a enviable closet…Barbie is the original Kardashian.
I’ve pulled together some of my favorites styles in her signature color for whatever your weekend entails.

For the pool
Swimsuit- I love this brand and in particular, this style. It’s flattering on almost everyone and doubles as a bodysuit under a jacket when I’m traveling and space is limited. *fit note* While I would never be considered “tall,” I needed to take a tall in this suit because I’m long waisted. They have great customer service that can help if you’re not sure about sizing.
Havianas- Farm Rio did a great collab this summer with Havianas. Most sizes sold out but there’s also these and these.
Etsy bag- I bought this bag last summer in a different color way and it’s great for everything and very chic for the price.
Weekend Casual
Slip dress- AYR is a brand I’ve been wearing for a few years, and at last count, I own 10 items from the brand. And what I can tell you is, those 10 items are probably comprise what I actually wear 80% of the time. They do basics right. The cut. The fit. The fabic. All on point. This slip dress is no exception. You will wear it everywhere.
Vans-These need no explanation. The easiest & comfiest slip on you can buy.
Lip Gloss- It’s too hot for a face full of makeup, but you can always throw on a gloss. Of course, I also love this same/same or even this
Evening
Satin suit- I have this suit in a different color and it’s stunning. It’s on sale for a good price now. Get it while you can.
Pink sapphire band- With a suit this good, keep the jewelry simple.
Bedtime
Washable silk pajamas- Most of my pajamas are cotton, but occasionally I like a silk version. Be smarter than me and get this washable version
Sleep Mask- I’ve tried them ALL. This is my current & best iteration for blocking light and not contributing to eye puffiness
